Acceptable Use

Payment Gateway Egypt is intended for lawful, transparent business activity that can pass the required merchant and risk review.

Prohibited activity

You must not use the website or any prospective service for fraud, deception, unauthorised transactions, money laundering, sanctions evasion, harmful software, exploitation, unlawful goods or services, or activity that infringes another person's rights.

Accurate merchant information

Enquiry and onboarding information must be current, complete and not misleading. Material changes to ownership, products, customer geography or fund flow may require renewed review.

Security obligations

Credentials must be protected, integrations maintained and suspected compromise reported promptly. Testing must not target live systems without written permission.

Review and action

We may request more information, decline an enquiry, restrict access or end a relationship where an activity creates unacceptable legal, security, operational or reputational risk, subject to applicable agreements and law.
